hi. this is sue dunham. that’s not my real name but it will do for now. i am keeping this blog anonymous so that i can be completely open and honest in my content. at 19 years old, i had my first nervous breakdown. soon after that, i had my first (and, to date, most awesome) spiritual awakening. it was awesome. i visited “heaven,” realized my life was a dream (and also a gift), saw and felt the light of my Creator and experienced the most marvelous, blissful, perfect and amazing 22 seconds of my life. i went from a breakdown to a breakthrough. by changing the way i talked to myself. and that’s what this blog is meant to be about. i will talk about dark times in my life turning into bright ones and i will share my soul’s experience with you. i will do this in hopes of helping one person out there who may feel hopeless. i will do this in hopes of helping myself out of hopelessness. and i will do this because i learned through my 22-second odyssey through paradise that we are all connected & that to help another is to help myself. thanks for reading. i wish you well.
